Color Blocking" trend in every magazine and every runway show you see. I mean 10 years ago no one would dream of dressing like that.. We used to call it "mis-matching". But now it's totally acceptable and frankly, I love it!! Now I can wake up and grab a pair of lavender denim, a teal top, yellow pumps and a pink belt and head out and not feel totally nuts!! When it comes to
Color Blocking almost anything goes. But I personally feel if you're going to
Color Block your outfit keep the rest of your look simple. For example; grab a nude bag and go for a clean, neutral make-up. You don't want to look like you just came from your job at the circus!! ;) Designers are now literally Color Blocking everything! Bags, Shoes, Jewelry! I've even seen people with
Color Blocked hair and three different shades of lipstick on in each third of the lip. It's pure madness out there! I don't think I'll ever go that far.. I even have a hard time
Color Blocking my nails, maybe i could handle 2 colors- but that's it for me. Here are a few of my favorite

Be daring!! Well, not too daring. lol... But try it! It's so much fun mixing and matching bright pieces! If you're a little hesitant to try this trend start with a bright colored denim first and a bold solid colored top. They sell bright denim about everywhere nowadays! You don't have to go all out until you feel comfortable. 2 pieces to start and move your way up from there! Just remember to keep the colors in the same category, pastels with pastels, bolds with bolds, jewel toned with jewel toned etc.. Also if your outfit is
